Terms and Conditions
Payments will be pre-authorised at the time of placing an order and you will be notified by email. You will receive a further notification when you goods are packed.
We use Stripe and Paypal secure payment gateway; they handle the transaction on our behalf and as such we do not at any time gain access to your full payment method details, except for your address which is necessary in order for us to fulfill your order. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
We make every effort to ensure an accurate description of the fabrics are placed on the website and all dimensions, weights and prices are correct. We also try to ensure our photographic images represent the true colours and textures of the fabric but these can look different on computer and device screens. Where possible we have included the Pantone reference which we have used with our suppliers.
Returns and Refund Policy
Unfortunately we can not offer a refund or take returns unless your fabric is faulty or damaged. In the unlikely event of your fabric being faulty or damaged please contact us with 14 days of receiving is explaining the issue and we will arrange for a refund and return postage. We will not refund postage on non faulty items or where customers have independently returned the fabric.
Claims arising from damage, delay or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing to Simply Bamboo Fabrics within ten working days of delivery. Simply Bamboo Fabrics shall be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made here under, and the Customer shall, if so requested in writing or verbally by Simply Bamboo Fabrics, promptly return any of the goods subject to any claim and any packing materials securely packaged to Simply Bamboo Fabrics for examination.
- If the Customer establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered, or have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, Simply Bamboo Fabrics shall at its option, replace them with similar goods, or provide the Customer with a credit note for their invoice value.
- If the Customer establishes that any of the goods are defective Simply Bamboo Fabrics shall at its option, replace them with similar goods or provide the Customer with a credit note for their invoice value.
- In no circumstances shall the liability of Simply Bamboo Fabrics to the Customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.
