In response to COVID-19 please note all orders will be batched and dispatched on a Wednesday and Saturday to reduce times when I need to leave the premises and visit the local post office. Order will be sent 1st class post rather than 2nd class but please take into account disruption to the Royal Mail services due to the epidemic. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Please note all fabric will be folded not rolled and metres ordered will be cut in a continuous length. It will be bagged separately and sent in a recycled plastic mailing bag to the address supplied in your order.
If you wish to order more than 10m or would like your fabric rolled rather than folded please contact us to discuss packaging and courier options with the associate costs.

We aim to process all orders within 48 hours Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). You will receive an automated email to confirm receipt of your order and a further email to confirm your order has been dispatched. You should receive your order within three to five working days (in the UK) unless we notify you otherwise if there is a problem.
All postage is a flat rate fee of £3.50 per order for standard delivery. Depending on the weight of your parcel it will be sent out Royal Mail 2nd Class (orders under 2kg) or Parcel Force (for orders over 2kg) and should be with you within 2-3 working.
Express delivery is available at a cost of £7 per order. We generally use Royal Mail 24 which is a 24 hours service and is tracked or Parcel Force 24 if you parcel is over 2kg – please allow 1-2 working days for delivery.
We would be pleased to post overseas – please contact us to discuss options and costs on how we can get our fabric to you.
Unfortunately we can not offer a refund or take returns unless your fabric is faulty or damaged. In the unlikely event of your fabric being faulty or damaged please contact us with 14 days of receiving is explaining the issue and we will arrange for a refund and return postage. We will not refund postage on non faulty items or where customers have independently returned the fabric.
